Forms & portals

Reviewed answers in, filing-ready forms out

Once your team has approved a client’s information, the Filing & Monitor Agent assembles the IMM forms and portal entries from it. Every field notes where its value came from, and anything that doesn’t agree is held back for a person to decide.

  • Nine IMM forms in the demo
  • A source on every field
  • Prefill without sharing portal logins

IMM PDFS · PACKAGES

Complete IMM form packages

The problem

Copying the same answers into five or six government PDFs eats an afternoon, and the forms’ tiny boxes and validation buttons don’t help.

How it works

  • Fills IMM 1294, 1295, 5257, 0008, 5406, 5669, 5707, 5532 and 1344 from structured case data.
  • Assembles the right package for each case type automatically.
  • Moves entries that don’t fit, like a long travel history, into an overflow appendix.
  • Lists any required fields that are still empty before you open a single PDF.

SOURCES · HOLDS

A source behind every field

The problem

When a value on a form looks wrong, nobody can tell whether it came from the passport, the questionnaire or someone’s memory.

How it works

  • Each filled field shows the document or answer its value was taken from.
  • Values that agree across sources are marked as confirmed.
  • Where two sources disagree, the field is held for review instead of guessed.
  • A reviewer settles the conflict once, and the decision is kept in the audit log.

PORTAL PREFILL

Portal prefill in your own session

The problem

The Representative and Client PR Portals mean typing everything a second time, and handing out logins so someone else can do it isn’t an option.

How it works

  • Prefills Representative PR Portal and Client PR Portal screens from reviewed case data.
  • Runs inside the practitioner’s own signed-in browser session.
  • Portal credentials are never stored by VisaNest or shared with anyone.
  • You check each screen and press submit yourself.

EXPRESS ENTRY

Express Entry from a single questionnaire

The problem

The Express Entry profile and the application after an invitation ask for overlapping details months apart, and clients rarely remember what they said the first time.

How it works

  • One questionnaire feeds both the Express Entry profile and the post-ITA application.
  • Work history, education and language results carry forward once reviewed.
  • Both sets of fields map to the same reviewed answers, with sources shown.
  • The post-ITA deadline is added to the case the day the invitation arrives.

OUTPUT SETTINGS

Forms filled the way your firm prefers

The problem

Every practice has its own conventions for which contact details and which address go on a form, and getting them wrong means rework.

How it works

  • Produce forms in English or French.
  • Choose whether the client’s or the firm’s contact details appear.
  • Pick the residential or the mailing address for each form.
  • Save firm-wide defaults and override them on a single case.
